About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Regional Manager to lead our rapidly growing Northern WV branch. This role blends Sales Engineering, Project Management, and Operational Leadership — perfect for someone who thrives in a lean environment and enjoys both the business and technical sides of IT.

You’ll work closely with sales to design and scope solutions, manage projects from start to finish, lead local tech teams, and maintain strong client relationships. This is a high-impact position, not a layered corporate job.

What You’ll Do

• Act as technical pre-sales support, scoping solutions and assisting in proposals.

• Manage multiple small-to-mid-sized projects — coordinating techs, subs, and vendors.

• Lead local operations: oversee technicians, handle escalations, and ensure quality.

• Support business development and help close new opportunities.

• Serve as the go-to problem solver for the Northern WV branch.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of IT experience with strong pre-sales and project management skills.

• Experience in networking and/or structured cabling.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities.

• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a smaller, fast-moving office.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
