Position Summary Reporting to the Vice President - Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for supporting the Business Partners in their execution and planning of strategic deliverables and actions. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership driving people strategies that enable business performance, talent development and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate for this position will be flexible, resilient and bring a track record of thriving in a developing workspace. They should be energetic and passionate about the field of Human Resources and able to balance both the employee experience with business outcomes and strategy. Successful candidates will possess strong consultative and influencing skills with the ability to navigate both traditional manufacturing and complex global matrixed environments. Position Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic business partner and collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring workforce plans support long-term goals.
- Develop and execute effective people strategies and programs that move the needle in support of business and leadership needs/guidance.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and development strategies to build leadership capabilities and bench strength.
- Support organizational design, change management, and culture initiatives to drive agility and performance.
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture, leveraging employee feedback and engagement data to inform action plans.
- Guide leaders on performance management, coaching, and career development to foster high-performing teams.
- Use HR and business metrics to diagnose underlying causes of key business issues to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments, adhere to and prioritize goals, while upholding policies, and procedures.
- Managing specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in Human Resources with a strong emphasis in being a strategic business partner.
- Experience supporting multiple business units/stakeholders is required.
- Proven ability to work as a trusted and strategic partner to influence and build relationships with senior leaders.
- Ability to build and manage strong business partnerships and work collaboratively with leaders across the organization is required.
- Demonstrated ability managing and developing a team is required.
- Strong change management experience and ability to lead through change creating followership.
- Strong understanding of the external marketplaces influences on the business is required.
- High level of integrity, trust and ethics are required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
- Willingness and desire to travel is required, up to 20% US travel.
