Production Team Lead

About Us The RiteScreen Company is a leading manufacturer of window and patio door screens. We’re looking for a 1st shift Team Lead to join our FlexScreen brand. At RiteScreen, we focus on teamwork, safety, and making quality products we can be proud of.

Position Summary The Team Lead is a working supervisor on the production floor. In this role, you’ll lead by example—helping your team hit daily goals, keeping work areas safe and organized, and making sure quality standards are met.

What You’ll Do

• Jump in to run equipment and support production as needed.

• Help schedule and assign work to meet daily production goals.

• Set up work areas with the right tools, parts, and materials.

• Train new employees and coach team members on the job.

• Lead quick daily meetings to share priorities and updates.

• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas in good shape.

• Watch for quality or safety issues and take action when needed.

• Track performance and share progress with the team.

• Support safety, 5S, and Lean practices every day.

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience as a lead, supervisor, or similar role in manufacturing.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to manage time well and keep things organized.

• Familiar with OSHA safety rules (or willing to learn).

• Window/door manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Ability to read a tape measure (or willing to learn on-site).

• Willing to travel occasionally to other RiteScreen locations.
