Homecare LPN Needed – Powder Springs, GA (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM)

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a female client in her Powder Springs home. This is a steady weekday position offering meaningful work in a supportive environment.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Location: Powder Springs, GA (in-home care)

• Client Needs:

  • Diabetic management, including blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration

  • Routine medication administration and documentation

  • General nursing oversight and coordination with care team

  • Mobility support (client utilizes a wheelchair)

  • Collaboration with an on-site CNA who handles ADLs

Ideal Candidate:

• Current Georgia LPN license in good standing

• Experience with diabetic care and medication management

• Comfortable working independently in a home setting

• Professional, punctual, and respectful of client privacy

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
