Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Review and approve project plans and specifications
• Communicate with clients to provide project updates

Required Skills:

• Minimum 7 years experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of submittals and change orders
• Background in civil engineering or architectural design
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Proficiency in estimating, proposals, and specifications
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have Skills:

• Rough and Finish Carpentry 
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with reimbursement and engineering
• Strategy development and quality control expertise
• Procurement, business development, negotiation, and implementation skills
• Experience with Buildertrend and Archicad

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $100,000.00

Maximum Salary: $140,000.00
