Pariva Health is looking for a hybrid Clinical Supervisor (LICSW/LMHC) to join our PlayBridge School-Based and at home/virtual Family Support Program Team.  Our mission is to empower the families of neurodivergent children and children with delays/challenges through our whole-family engagement model. We are seeking a driven and strengths-based supervisor with strong clinical and supervisory skills. The Supervisor will carry a small caseload as well as focus on supporting School-based hybrid clinicians. The role will be implementing therapeutic and[CE1] [AC2]  play-based support activities to children and families in their assigned school district and presenting strategies that allow clinician and families[RJ3]  to engage their child in learning and promote developmental gains. Sessions will be conducted in school as well as in-home and virtually as needed. Supervisors will carry a caseload and well as meet weekly with school administrators and provide supervision to clinicians on the school-based team.

Our model is hybrid, though clinical roles must reside in the state where services are provided and within drivable distance to the school district to which they are assigned

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Complete intake and assessments to develop an individualized Family Need Profile and Support Plan.
  • Provide counseling and therapy to clients and families using evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques, maintaining a caseload of clients.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to provide instructional support and implementation of our play-based Family Support Plans.
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions using a play-based approach with children and coordinate sessions with their caregivers in-home and virtually to ensure consistency in skill-building.
  • Collaborate with school teams, healthcare professionals, and families by attending regular meetings, sharing progress, and co-developing strategies that ensure continuity of care across environments.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Ability to learn and utilize our therapeutic developmental kits, in order to teach and empower families to develop skills and modify behaviors.
  • Maintain supervisory responsibilities as team grows and additional Master’s level clinicians and/or LMHC, LCSW clinicians are hired, meeting weekly with supervisees and ensuring they are meeting utilization targets.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions and treatment planning.
  • Provide verbal and written progress updates
  • Provide clinical consultation in an integrated health care environment

  • Assess the needs of the student population and take the initiative to develop groups that could meet the unique needs of the school. Support organizational growth by identifying and establishing referral relationships with other organizations.
  • Other duties as required.

 


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • PlayBright SBFSP Clinician (Independently Licensed)
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
  • Must live in the state you are serving/school district for which you are applying.
  • Must be comfortable providing therapy both in-person/in-home and via a telehealth platform.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional clinical skills and ability to adapt/adjust clinical approach to meet the families’ needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local resources and community organizations.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Ability to take initiative to build strong alliances with school partners and work on a multidisciplinary team.
  • Must have a car and willingness to drive to both assigned school and in-home sessions accordingly.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience with ABA, play-therapy, behavior therapy, and/or other therapeutic frameworks
  • Trauma-informed care training
