Job title: Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician

This position involves performing comprehensive maintenance, repair, and preventive services on facility mechanical, electrical, and HVAC/R systems. The role requires hands-on technical expertise in building engineering systems, ensuring optimal facility operations while maintaining safety standards and client satisfaction across assigned buildings.

Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, and plumbing systems

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems

Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions that impact client occupancy and operations

Complete hazard assessments and maintain compliance with safety procedures and regulations

Utilize CMMS systems (such as Corrigo) to update work order status in real time and document all work performed Submit P-card receipts daily and perform vehicle safety inspections

Escalate problems or issues to customers and management in a timely manner

Lifting up to 80 lbs Working from heights and climbing ladders up to 30 feet

Frequently climbing, bending, lifting, kneeling, stooping, and working/extending overhead

Working in adverse conditions (extreme cold, extreme hot)

Driving for long periods of time

Climbing a ladder with a 300 lb weight limit while carrying a tool bag weighing approximately 20 lbs

Must be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering

Strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance

Universal CFC recovery certification (or obtain within 90 days of employment)

Valid state driver's license with ability to maintain it

Knowledge of overall system design and applications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

3rd Party Certification in relevant technical areas

Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration and HVAC

Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel

Experience with CMMS systems such as Corrigo Additional licenses as required by authority having jurisdiction

Experience in defensive driving practices

Familiarity with various equipment types and proper usage methods
