Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance

The Marketing Manager plays a key role in supporting the strategic marketing efforts of the Workforce Solutions team. This position leads the execution of multi-channel campaigns, manages internal workflows, ensures alignment with brand standards, and contributes to the operational success of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic thinking, project management, and hands-on execution to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Support the development and execution of the strategic marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with brand, content, and organizational standards.
  • Manage intake and execution of marketing campaign requests; collaborate with Institutional Marketing and Product Development teams to deliver compelling content that drives lead generation.
  • Partner cross-functionally to operationalize marketing campaigns and new initiative launches across institutions.
  • Develop positioning strategies and go-to-market plans that increase brand visibility and align with the companys Growth with Purpose mission.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead marketing workflows and hold stakeholders accountable to project deadlines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, offering creative solutions to accelerate outcomes and support strategic goals.
  • Serve as the key point of contact across departments to drive campaign alignment, execution, and results.

Additional Duties:

  • Completes other duties as assigned.
  • Recommend and support improvements in Marketing Resource Center (MRC) functionality to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
  • 35 years of marketing experience, preferably in a matrixed or higher education environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in marketing operations, events, or campaign execution a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CMS, email platforms, project management tools).

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70696.34 and $124230.14. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
