LCSW / LCPC

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a master’s degree to join our outpatient psychiatry clinic. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences. This is a full-time, compensation based position with the flexibility to set your own schedule. We are offering a competitive salary with room for negotiation.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care)
• Engage in motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in achieving their personal goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide crisis management support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems for data collection and management of patient information.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical mental health setting preferred
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in mental health counseling.
