Overview:
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Colorectal Surgeon to join our dynamic, collaborative, and high-performing surgical team. The successful candidate will practice across two fully equipped, modern campuses located in Portland, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washingtoneach offering advanced surgical technologies and robust clinical support.

- Robotic Surgery Access: Extensive access to multiple robotic platforms at both sites.
- Advanced Endoscopic and Interventional Services: Full access to therapeutic endoscopy, interventional radiology, and other subspecialty services for complex case support.
- Cancer Center Affiliation: Work closely in an ACS CoC accredited cancer center that includes:
- A robust GI tumor board
- Strong partnerships with medical and radiation oncology and Hepatobiliary Surgery
- Dedicated clinical trials team and research infrastructure
- OHSU General Surgery Teaching site
- You will have access to a full cadre of general surgery residents to teach and mentor at the Portland site.
- Shared call with three practice partners in an exclusively Colorectal Practice
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Colorectal Surgery
- Eligible for medical licensure in Oregon and Washington
- Commitment to a collaborative, patient-centered approach
- Interest in clinical excellence, innovation, and quality improvement

Salary: Production Plan, 2-year salary guarantee $408,706.00- 459,794.00.
