A correctional facility is seeking a Psychiatrist to work 24-32 hours per week at clinic.

The facility is located in Orange County, New York.

This onsite psychiatrist position in a county jail requires 24-32 hours per week, Monday-Friday, alongside a Psych NP. Responsibilities include mental health exams, psychiatric treatment, and medication management. Evaluations are 30-45 minutes for initials and 15 minutes for follow-ups. The EMR system is ERMA, and appointments are both scheduled and emergent. Board-certified or board-eligible candidates only.
