Job Title: Part-Time Compounding Pharmacist

Job Summary:
We are currently in search of a qualified Part-Time Compounding Pharmacist to become a valued member of our professional team. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in non-sterile compounding, exhibit strong attention to detail, and uphold a commitment to delivering patient-centric care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review compounded medications in full compliance with USP and standards.
• Review and interpret medication prescriptions to ensure a high level of accuracy and safety.
• Counsel both patients and healthcare providers on various compounded medication options.
• Ensure all documentation, labeling, and records are maintained accurately.
• Provide supervision and guidance to pharmacy technicians in their compounding tasks.
• Adhere to all applicable state, federal, and accreditation compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license is required.
• Prior experience in a compounding pharmacy is highly preferred (non-sterile).
• Familiarity with USP compounding guidelines is essential.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, alongside strong leadership abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team structure.

Compensation & Schedule:

• This is a part-time position, amounting to approximately 25 hours each week.
• Competitive compensation will be offered based on individual experience.
• A signing bonus of $500 will be provided after the completion of 180 days of service.
• Eligible for a 401(K) plan with matching contributions.
