Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed
• Communicate project status to Senior Project Manager

Required Skills:

• Construction Management
• Commercial Construction Project Completion 
• Blueprint Reading
• Coumputer Microsoft Skills
• Adobe Experience
• Preferred Microsoft Project Experience
• Procore Experience
• OSHA Training

Nice to Have Skills:

• Estimating
• Specifications Understanding
• Submittals 

Technical Skills:

• OSHA Certification
• Onsite Collaboration with Owners

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $75,000.00

Maximum Salary: $125,000.00
