If so, Lancesoft Inc is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Lafayette, LA. Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients’ strength, mobility, balance, and functional limitations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on rehabilitation and recovery

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercise, gait training, and pain management techniques

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care

• Document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment modifications accurately

• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, and home programs for long-term success

Required Skills/Licenses/Certifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

• Active Louisiana PT License (Required)

• BLS Certification (Required)

• 1–2 years of PT experience, preferably in a rehab or skilled nursing setting

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-education skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in outpatient or orthopedic rehab

• Familiarity with neurological or geriatric rehabilitation programs

• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive devices
