Flex option: 2 - 3 days per week at your nearest PruittHealth facility if commuting from a distance

We're seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our hospice care team. This is more than a job-it's a calling to provide exceptional care to patients and families during life's most meaningful moments.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and coordinate hospice services for patients and families.
  • Supervise interdisciplinary team members (nurses, social workers, chaplains, etc.).
  • Oversee admissions, care planning, and compliance with state/federal regulations.
  • Ensure quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a clinical and community liaison for hospice education and outreach.
What You Bring:
  • Active, unrestrictedRN licensein the state of practice.
  • 1+ years of field hospice experience.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience(preferred).
  • Strong clinical skills and understanding ofHospice and Palliative Care.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and CPR certification.
  • Experience inhospice, home health, med/surg, or oncologyis a plus.
