RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for implementing departmental policies, objectives, goals, and organizing officials and staff members.
• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure alignment with brand standards and company policies
• Monitor revenue management controls, receivables, staffing levels, and guest satisfaction metrics
• Lead staffing decisions, training programs, and succession planning
• Drive revenue through targeted sales and marketing efforts
• Attend monthly sales and operations meetings at each hotel
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and brand representatives
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with brand identity
• Ensure successful execution of brand initiatives and inspections
• Plan and manage capital improvement and renovation projects
• Oversee construction and development of new properties
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences across all properties
• Report on financial performance, operational issues, and strategic developments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of senior-level hospitality experience 
• Willingness to travel at least 50% across PA, NJ, and NY
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
