We’re helping our client build the next generation of their AI-powered talent marketplace — and they’re looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer who thrives in startup environments.

You’ll be tackling big technical challenges: architecting scalable distributed systems, integrating AI-driven features, and ensuring a seamless experience for a global user base. 

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience w/ good tenure
• Strong work expertise in Python and Ruby (must-have)
• Proven success designing and scaling complex platforms
• Startup work experience, you’ve shipped in resource-lean environments where ownership and urgency matter
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their practical applications
