ORO Builders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on exciting new projects in Arizona. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives on delivering high-quality work, leading teams, and building with integrity.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily field operations on commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Direct subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure productivity and safety.
• Drive project execution to meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Maintain strict safety and compliance standards on all jobsites.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and leadership to exceed client expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of construction experience, in a superintendent or leadership role.
• Strong background in commercial and/or industrial construction.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
