Physical Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. You’ll provide evaluations, treatments, and care coordination for children and adults with diverse needs—helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life.

Pay range:

• New Grads or no pediatric experience - $65,000
• Seasoned Clinician with 15+ Year's in the field of Pediatrics will go up to $90K Salary

What You’ll Do

• Conduct evaluations and develop functional, measurable treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy across center and community settings
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise PTAs, students, and volunteers as needed
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per Medicare/Medicaid and CARF standards
• Support program growth and participate in quality initiatives

What You Bring

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensure in Delaware and/or Maryland
• CPR & First Aid certification (adult/child)
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience with diverse age groups and disabilities
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Pay Range- 65k for New Graduates with little to no experience, 90k for 15 plus years of experience.
