Your Role & Overview

As an on-site financial advisor, you will drive business development, deepen trusted client relationships, and help our clients achieve their financial goals. Advisors are the lifeblood of wealth management practices, and a key responsibility of theirs is to attract new clients. This requires an outgoing and proactive individual to satisfy this responsibility. We are open to, and encourage, Advisors with existing books of business to reach out for potential mergers and partnerships.

What you’ll do

  • Build and manage client relationships through personalized financial advice.
  • Understand clients’ financial goals and craft holistic strategies across retirement, investments, insurance, estate planning, and liability management.
  • Source new clients via referrals, networking, and community engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Make calls to prospective clients
  • Regularly monitor and recalibrate client portfolios in alignment with evolving goals and market conditions.
  • Maintain compliance with FINRA/SEC rules while delivering exceptional service.
  • Advocate for clients as a trusted advisor, helping them navigate complex financial decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisory roles.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team and proactively identify engagement opportunities
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree; advanced designations such as CFP®, CFA®, or CPA are a plus.
  • Required: Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses, or ability to obtain within 90 days of start.
  • Required: 10+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management.

Salary & Compensation

The compensation for this position is based on “assets under management”. We are open to providing a starting list of clients which may work out to a range of 70k-80k per year.

Ideally, we would combine a candidates given “outside” book with an additional book from our existing clients.
