Lancesoft Inc is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join a supportive home health team in Santa Maria, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to provide individualized, patient-centered therapy that empowers independence and enhances quality of life.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals

• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance communication, swallowing safety, and overall functional ability

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and family members to ensure holistic care

• Educate patients and caregivers on communication strategies, home programs, and adaptive techniques

• Document progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes

Required Skills/Licenses/Certifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Active California SLP License (Required)

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (Required)

• BLS Certification (Required)

• Minimum 1–2 years of SLP experience.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with dysphagia management and cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation

• Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices

• Knowledge of pediatric and geriatric therapy approaches
