School - Based Speech - Language Pathologist

We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year for a school district in Berks County, PA near West Lawn, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans based on assessment results.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Pennsylvania state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
