Role Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager to help coordinate and support program activities. In this role, you will track progress, identify issues, and ensure program momentum by following established processes such as meetings, project plans, and stakeholder communications. Attention to detail and collaboration are key as you grow your knowledge of the program domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor program progress and collect updates from stakeholders.

  • Maintain project trackers and status reports under direct guidance.

  • Assist with regional invoice reviews and consumption log reporting.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or program management.

  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, and cost management.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with mapping/GIS platforms such as ESRI, QGIS, or 3-GIS.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP.

  • Advanced Google Sheets skills, including formulas.

  • Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.

  • 3+ years of experience supporting telecommunications projects.
