Sodexo is seeking an EVS Operations/ Housekeeping Manager for New York-Presbyterian located in Bronxville, New York. New York-Presbyterian is a 288-bed facility providing healthcare to residents of Westchester County and surrounding communities. Overall will be responsible for 3 services managing in an Union environment for client paid staff. Services include ES, Linen and transport.
This position supports this progressive organization by providing leadership for our Environmental team in the delivery of safe, sanitary, and innovative services to our patients, customers and hospital employees in a variety of settings. This role will report into the GM. This role will support floor care projects, payroll, and lead the team in engagement. Preferred candidates will have experience in Environmental Services, Hotels housekeeping and/or Custodial Services, or military service.
What You'll Do:- be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
- financial responsibilities, client interaction to include meetings and rounding, HR management to include NYP HR
- Purchasing and supplies as well as many other tasks
- provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
- effectively manages the Unit Operating System; and/or
- manage client paid, union staff
- support an inclusive workforce.

Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
