Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100/hr. $150,000/yr plus earning potential
• Mentorship Year: Includes 1-week paid vacation, malpractice coverage, health insurance, and CE allowance ($500; higher if CAM certification is needed)
• Ownership Potential: Expectation to purchase the practice; earnings scale with chosen schedule (3–5+ days/week)
