The Digital Merchandising Program Specialist is a key contributor to the digital strategy, responsible for elevating customer engagement across owned and third-party digital channels. This role focuses on managing and optimizing User-Generated Content and syndicating product information to external platforms to drive discoverability, influence purchase decisions, and deliver on brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the strategy and execution of user-generated content by organizing, categorizing, and tagging it on the website, while also maximizing the collection of ratings and reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Social, Digital Merchants, Marketing) to align social creator content, timing, and tagging requirements while looking for opportunities to refine and improve the content management process.
  • Analyze performance of curated content, identifying areas for optimization and measure the impact on digital KPIs to guide enhancements in the consumer journey and social content strategy.
  • Oversee the syndication of product listings and data accuracy across digital channels.
  • Partner with vendors on emerging content initiatives and support the integration and management of vendor toolsets to inspire engagement and drive conversion across digital touchpoints.
  • Support end-to-end validation of site experiences, from strategy planning to final QA before go-live.
  • Understand the competition by patterning best-in-class online retailers to identify emerging online trends and web technology to drive future forward thinking for BBW.com.
  • Seen as the business expert and "go to" person by their cross-functional partners .

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years related experience in digital/ecommerce.
  • Experience analyzing metrics and optimizing to drive sales.
  • Strong business acumen
  • In-depth analytical skills and results oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery.
  • Comfortable shifting back and forth between tactical execution and thinking strategically.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
