HVAC Technician ( Early Career )

We are seeking an early-career HVAC Technician to join our established and reputable team in the Katy, TX area. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.

• Diagnose complex system issues, provide solutions.

• Perform preventive maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Lead and mentor junior technicians with on-the-job training.

• Complete service documentation, work orders, and reports.

• Collaborate with team members and customers to deliver exceptional service and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HVAC experience.

• Valid EPA certification / Texas HVAC Technician License.

• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and controls.

• Valid driver’s license.
