Associate Attorney - Litigation ( Auto ) (Hybrid)

JSH is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience to join our Auto practice in our Arizona office. Prior experience in personal injury defense is strongly preferred.  Experience in automobile liability defense is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of civil litigation and a desire to provide exceptional client service. Candidates must be highly motivated and have excellent academic credentials. Qualifications:

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
• 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation and/or insurance defense
• Experience with discovery, disclosures, taking/defending depositions, drafting/arguing motions, and court appearances
• Excellent client service, oral advocacy, and written communication skills

Salary Range: $120,000-170,000 per year, plus bonus
