Livea Medical, in partnership with Livea Weight Control Centers, is committed to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through a holistic approach—including medical weight loss, personalized nutrition, and behavioral support.

We are seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our Edina location. This dynamic, dual-role position combines front desk responsibilities with clinical and nutrition program support, offering the opportunity to work hands-on with clients while also supporting day-to-day center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the front desk, including checking clients in and out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing client flow.
• Perform medical administrative tasks, such as checking in product orders.
• Administer injections to clients as directed by the medical team.
• Support Livea’s nutrition clients by receiving training to consult and coach in alignment with Livea's weight loss and wellness programs.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service and support across all aspects of the center.
• Provide consistent, professional communication with clients, team members, and leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and client-focused environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or MA (Diploma)
• Dual-role interest: Comfortable working both at the front desk and in a support role with nutrition clients and the medical team.
• Full-Time would be considered around 30-34 hours per week.
• Must be available to work at least 3 Saturdays per month from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Experience giving injections and working in a clinical or wellness-focused setting is preferred.
• New CMA graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable with scheduling systems and POS platforms.
