The Role

As the BlastOne Field Installation Manager you will be responsible for managing and coordinating installation teams of both internal and external resources to ensure compliance with installation procedures and equipment specification. You will also maintain project timelines and budgets as it pertains to installation phases of all customer projects. The field manager will interface with Clients to ensure proper communication of installation progress.

• Coordinate and manage installation technicians to ensure timely and correct installations
• Communicate with clients to identify installation requirements, ensure site readiness and pre-installation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Resolve any installation related issues in a timely manner
• Train staff on installation procedures and best practices
• Train sub-contractors on installation procedures and best practices
• Inspect the quality of installations and issue corrective actions when necessary
• Prepare and present reports on installation progress and status
• Maintain an inventory of installation tools and order new equipment as needed
• Establish and lead shipping verification and kitting standard to reduce risk of missing components for installation start ups
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Installation Manager or similar role
• Solid technical background with understanding of installation procedures
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Equivalent Experience.
• Proven experience as an Installation Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated success in supporting high-performance teams in a technical project environment.
