If so, Lancesoft Inc is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our hospital team in Morgantown, WV. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care and work alongside a dedicated clinical team.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and dispense medications accurately according to physician orders

• Provide clinical guidance on safe and effective medication usage to healthcare providers and patients

• Monitor patient medication therapies for effectiveness, interactions, and side effects

• Participate in interdisciplinary care rounds to optimize drug therapy plans

• Maintain compliance with state/federal pharmacy regulations and hospital policies

• Ensure accurate documentation and use of electronic medical record (EMR) systems

• Support medication inventory management and formulary compliance

Required Skills/Licenses/Certifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited program

• Active West Virginia Pharmacist License (Required)

• Current BLS Certification (Required)

• Minimum 1 year of recent inpatient or clinical pharmacy experience

• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and hospital pharmacy operations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior travel or contract assignment experience

• Familiarity with hospital EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech)

• Experience with sterile compounding and IV admixture

• Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) or other specialty – Preferred
