Job Summary
Job Description
Nokona American Ballgloves is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day sales outreach, marketing coordination, dealer support, and e-commerce management. Responsibilities include dealer outreach, developing sales materials, assisting with marketing content, event support, and sales reporting. This is a hands-on role with room to grow, working directly with Nokona leadership - ideal for an ambitious individual who is eager to contribute across multiple areas, and who has a passion for baseball.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- Assist with regular outreach to dealers and schools
- Manage and update product listings
- Create sales materials
Marketing
- Collaborate on social media content, digital ads, and email marketing campaigns
- Conduct research and track industry trends
Events
- Attend tournaments, tradeshows, and industry events
- Participate in clubhouse visits and other pro player engagements
E-commerce and Website Management
- Regularly review and update website product listings
- Assist with new product launches
- Support inventory coordination
Reporting
- Generate weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports
- Compile and analyze data for internal sales meetings
Product Testing and Development
- Coordinate field testing of gloves and bats
- Build and maintain a roster of athletes for product testing.
Pro Player Relations
- Design gloves and belts for pro players
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel, and across all social media platforms
- 3+ years' experience in sales and marketing in consumer products
- Team player
- A passion for baseball!
