Community Connections, LLC is a behavioral health treatment program dedicated to supporting individuals who are diagnosed with an Eating Disorder along with mental health concerns.

Community Connections is currently seeking an enthusiastic, trauma-based, Licensed Clinical Therapist(s) to work in our North Valley Treatment Facility to support members on their journey to full recovery.

This position is a PART TIME (Monday through Friday) position and allows for the right candidate to select and structure their preferred work days/work schedule. This position requires NO weekends, NO evenings.

A Licensed Clinical Therapist(s) (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT) will provide counseling services in a Residential Setting or an Intensive Outpatient Setting (including individual counseling, group counseling, family counseling and coordination of individual service planning).

This position is an integral part of the treatment team and works in collaboration with Registered Dietitian(s), Registered Nurse(s) & an experienced behavioral health team. The Intensive Outpatient Treatment center(s) are conveniently located in North Phoenix.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.

Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy.

Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.

Offer crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing trauma or mental health challenges.

Engage with families to provide counseling and eating disorder support

Engage with community providers to ensure continuity of care for member's transitional success

Eating Disorder Experience

Experience with the trauma -based specialties required:

Counseling, Family Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Exposure Therapy

Somatic and Body-Oriented Therapies

Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET)

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy

Psychodynamic Trauma Therapy

Emotion Regulation

Substance Use, Addiction Counseling & Treatment
