Adecco Staffing is hiring Associate Technicians for a local manufacturing facility in Columbus. This is a full-time opportunity withpetitive pay, benefits, and room for growth.

What You'll Do

As an Associate Technician, you'll be cross-trained in different areas of production. Depending on department needs, your daily tasks may include:

Coating Department

Clipping and securing lenses for processing

Operating coating machines (loading chemicals, handling lenses)

Inspecting lenses for optical and cosmetic accuracy

Finishing Department

Beveling and edging lenses for proper size and fit

Mounting lenses into frames

Tinting lenses to specifications

Performing final quality checks

Surfacing Department

Blocking and taping lenses for surfacing

Operating polishing and finishing equipment

Washing, drying, and preparing lenses for final inspection

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, or lab settings (preferred but not required)

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to meet production standards in a fast-paced environment

Goodmunication andanizational skills

Comfort working on your feet for an entire shift and handling chemicals as part of the process

Schedule & Work Environment

Shift: 1st, 2nd, and Weekend (3rd shift) (full-time, with overtime opportunities)

Must befortable working in environments that may be wet, dirty, or have strong smells

Safety gear and training provided

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
