Associate RFA

About the Role
As a Associate RFA Account Executive, you will support the sales and adoption of our RFA platforms in your assigned territory. You will help build relationships with healthcare providers, assist in sales activities, and promote Hologic technologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior team members with sales activities for RFA platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and internal teams.
  • Support product demonstrations and training for healthcare providers.
  • Help identify new business opportunities and expand technology usage.
  • Provide basic product information and answer customer questions.
  • Maintain records and update customer information in CRM systems.
  • Work with the sales team to achieve territory goals and targets.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry events as needed.
  • Travel within your territory as required (up to 30%).

What Youll Bring

Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of medical devices or healthcare environment (preferred, not required).
  • Willingness to learn about RFA systems and womens health technologies.
  • Awareness of hospital and healthcare workflows (preferred).

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for building relationships and helping customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Experience & Education

  • Bachelors degree preferred; Associates degree or equivalent experience considered.
  • 02 years of sales, customer service, or healthcare experience (internships or part-time work welcome).
  • Valid drivers license required; able to travel within assigned territory.

  • This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Overnight travel may be required up to 30%, depending on territory.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle available for work use.

The total compensation range for this role is $70,000-$120,000. This is based on a base salary and commission plan combination. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, territory/ geography, education, business needs, market demand and performance versus quota.
