Our team is seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead the culinary program for a large, established entity with multiple outlets.  The role offers excellent career growth opportunities, job security, and the chance to lead a high-profile program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all culinary operations, covering multiple large-scale dining venues and events

  • Manage and mentor a cohesive team of 20+ BOH staff

  • Demonstrate strong financial acumen by managing staffing levels, professional development, food costs, and overall operations

  • Foster a positive and supportive team culture with an emphasis on retention and collaboration

  • Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution and an exceptional dining experience

  • Primarily work weekdays during the day, with flexibility for evenings and weekends depending on major event schedules

 

Qualifications

  • Experience managing multi-concept, high-volume culinary operations

  • Catering and large-scale event experience highly valued

  • Background in upscale, innovative food service very ideal

  • Culinary or undergraduate degree preferred
