Key Responsibilities
Oversee all culinary operations, covering multiple large-scale dining venues and events
Manage and mentor a cohesive team of 20+ BOH staff
Demonstrate strong financial acumen by managing staffing levels, professional development, food costs, and overall operations
Foster a positive and supportive team culture with an emphasis on retention and collaboration
Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution and an exceptional dining experience
Primarily work weekdays during the day, with flexibility for evenings and weekends depending on major event schedules
Qualifications
Experience managing multi-concept, high-volume culinary operations
Catering and large-scale event experience highly valued
Background in upscale, innovative food service very ideal
Culinary or undergraduate degree preferred
