If so, High Plains Physical Therapy is looking for you! We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our well-established, therapist owned outpatient orthopedic practice. We serve the Black Hills of South Dakota as the longest running practice of its kind. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values evidence-based care, professional autonomy, and a collaborative team environment, all in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota, known for its exceptional quality of life. As a Physical Therapist Assistant at our Rapid City location, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients every day.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions and exercises
- Collaborate with licensed physical therapists on care planning
- Work with a variety of patients in our outpatient orthopedic clinic
- Work with a variety of patients in our onsite aquatic center
Required Skills:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (must be licensed or eligible for a SD license)
- Rehabilitation experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply as well)
- BLS Certification
Nice to Have Skills:
- Orthopedic experience
- Knowledge of pain management techniques
Salary and Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $52,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $62,000.00
