Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Specialist
Location: Somerset, New Jersey
Salary:  $21–$23/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 

About the Role:

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Somerset, NJ. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer relationship and account management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, professional in demeanor, and capable of traveling to client sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with our valued clients in a professional manner. Assist with inquiries, orders, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to our clients on any inquiries.
• Required to visit different client locations to ensure operations are running smoothly.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to meet client goals and expectations.
• Maintain a weekly tracking report of all client visits.
• Conduct initial interviews for Onsite roles and Recruiters. Forward qualified candidates to the Operations Manager for final interviews.
• Serve as a backup for any branch office or onsite location that needs assistance.
• Follow and adhere to department and company guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong customer relations and account management experience
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in email correspondence and phone etiquett
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass E-Verify and Criminal Background Check

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or client support experience
• High School Diploma required; additional education is a plus
• Experience in staffing/employment industry preferred but not required
