What We Offer
Up to $50,000 in sign-on bonus and loan repayment

- Competitive base salary: $140,000–$275,000
- Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time)

What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage ocular diseases using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Educate patients on proper eye care, treatment options, and preventative measures
- Prescribe and fit contact lenses and eyeglasses
- Build long-term patient relationships through excellent care and communication
- Collaborate with a team of optometrists and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to accurately document exams and treatment plans
- Stay up to date on advancements in optical knowledge and participate in continuing education
- Contribute to the positive culture and growth of the practice through excellent patient service and teamwork
