Key Responsibilities:

  • A Lawson Application Developer is responsible for designing, building, configuring, and maintaining applications that support business processes using the Infor Lawson ERP system. This includes both operational support and the development of new features or integrations.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop application solutions using Infor Lawson modules.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

  • Configure, build, and test Lawson applications and interfaces.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including performance tuning and debugging.

  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security practices, and deployment protocols.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and workflows.

  • Support data integration and migration efforts, often involving tools like DataStage and FTP processes

On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekend. Must be flexible to travel onsite to client site up to 10%.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of work experience. Proficiency in Infor Lawson ERP system

  • Experience with application integration techniques and interface development.

  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

  • Familiarity with database management systems, data modeling, and ETL processes.

  • Knowledge of batch job scheduling, audit frameworks, and error handling in enterprise environments

  • Professional Attributes:Team Player, Excellent Communication Skills, Quick Learner, Contributor

  • HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or comparable studies

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
