Accounting Manager

Betts Industries is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.*
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all accounting functions, including bookkeeping, tax accounting, fixed asset management, credit/collections, cost accounting, and AP/AR.
* Maintain the General Ledger and prepare monthly/annual financial statements and reports.
* Analyze financial data and provide insights on General Ledger accounts.
* Manage Accounts Payable, Costing, and Credit functions, ensuring proper procedures and staffing.
* Compile weekly payroll information and calculate Profit Sharing payments (April & October).
* Support special projects, production goal reporting, and inventory accounting within the ERP system.
* Ensure strong internal controls and meet deadlines with minimal exceptions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred).
* 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
* Proven ability to work independently and lead a team.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
