Job DescriptionPosition: Part-Time Veterinarian
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about animal health and client education. This position involves both medical and surgical responsibilities, with mentorship available for newer graduates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to a variety of companion animals
Perform physical examinations, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and communicate clearly with clients
Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to provide exceptional patient care
Participate in continuing education and stay current on industry developments
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented clinic culture
Educate clients on preventative care, wellness, and treatment options
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university
- Active Veterinary State License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Current DEA License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- USDA Accreditation (or ability to obtain upon hire)
