Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-Time
  
• Location: Des Moines, IA
  
• Pay Rate: $50-$54/hour
  
• Shift: MondayFriday, 7:00am4:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement complex data center projects from inception to completion
  
• Lead and coordinate commissioning efforts for generator delivery and startup
  
• Oversee project schedules and ensure timely execution of deliverables
  
• Facilitate on-site meetings and drive issue resolution
  
• Communicate resource constraints and project needs to stakeholders
  
• Complete comprehensive commissioning documentation
  
• Serve as the on-site safety lead, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  
• Develop and track detailed project plans and timelines
  
• Monitor project status and manage risk
  
• Conduct research and analysis to support project decisions
  
• Maintain accurate project documentation and assign resources as needed
  
• Coach team members and provide developmental feedback
  
• Share knowledge across teams to foster collaboration

• Proven experience in construction project management, preferably within data centers or large-scale infrastructure projects
