Dental Treatment Coordinator Bilingual a plus

Compass Dental Services is a small group practice. We are locally owned & operated & seeking a hard-working front office administrator to join our General Dental team at our Waldo Dental Care location in Kansas City, MO.

Responsibilities:

• Managing & Using Digital Patient Management Software
• Assisting with Patient flow
• Review Contracts
• Collecting Payments
• Making confirmation calls
• Scheduling Appointments
• Answering phone
• Treatment Coordinating

Current Opening: Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator

Strong Insurance knowledge is a MUST . Bi-lingual skills is a huge plus.

MINIMUM of 3 Years Dental Treatment Coordinating

Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00am-7:00 pm Monday and Wednesday. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and 2 Saturdays a month 8 am-1 pm. Please note these are the office hours - your schedule will be between these hours and Schedule is sent out in advance.

We will have schedules prepared 2-3 weeks in advance.
