Additionally, this position may support case managers account executives by addressing network and provider availability concerns, correcting misinformation provided to members, and conducting outreach calls as needed. Required Qualifications 1-3 years of customer service experience within a call center. Experience using Microsoft Office products specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of healthcare experience. Previous background in mental health or human services is highly desirable. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a social, psychological, or human service field is strongly preferred. Education High school diploma or GED. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $34.15This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
