DINING ROOM SERVERS
PART-TIME AVAILABILITY: 3:30pm-6:30pm (weekdays with every other weekend)
FULL-TIME AVAILABILITY: 10:30AM-6:30PM (weekdays with every other weekend)
At Senior Star, we create a warm and welcoming environment where our residents thrive, and our dining experience is a vital part of the community we've built. We are seeking a friendly and attentive Dining Room Server to join our team. If you have a passion for service and enjoy making a difference in the lives of others, this role is perfect for you.

About the Role:
As a Dining Room Server, you'll work in a senior living community that provides a five-star dining experience for its residents. This is not a restaurant, hospital, or nursing homeit's a residential community where your focus will be on creating exceptional dining experiences and meaningful connections.
What We Offer:
Paid training, including on-the-job training to help you gain confidence and master the skills needed for success.
Holiday pay for all major holidays worked.
Opportunities to participate in special events and work in multiple dining venues.
Flexible scheduling to maintain work-life balance.

Daily Responsibilities Include:
Ensuring that residents receive exceptional dining service during their meals.
Contributing to a clean, organized, and enjoyable dining experience.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on excellent service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine interest in working with seniors.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to pass a background check.
