Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team. The OTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, and behavioral needs.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.

• Provide therapy sessions focusing on ADL, fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, executive function, feeding, and play skills.

• Document treatment sessions accurately and timely in compliance with clinic policies.

• Collaborate with the OT, other therapy staff, and families to support each child’s goals.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining therapy materials and equipment.

• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities.
   

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

• Current state licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.

• Experience or strong interest in working with children and families.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Ability to adapt to the needs of children with diverse abilities and learning styles.
   

Preferred Skills:

• Pediatric therapy experience (clinic, school, or hospital setting).

• Knowledge of sensory integration, feeding therapy, or other pediatric specialty areas.

• Bilingual skills a plus.
