Position Summary
We are seeking professional Armed Security Officers to join our growing team. Officers will be responsible for site security, access control, incident response, and maintaining a visible, professional presence for clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, uniformed presence at assigned locations

• Monitor and secure client property, access points, and personnel

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a timely manner

• Complete clear and accurate daily activity and incident reports

• Follow company SOPs and client-specific post orders

• Represent Integrity Security Solutions with discipline, reliability, and respect

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Tennessee Armed Security Guard License (or ability to obtain)

• Prior military, law enforcement, or security experience preferred

• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods

• Must pass background check and drug screening
