Daily Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong working relationships and communication directly with the customers and inter-company personnel to confirm production/shipping schedules and ensure on-time deliveries
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
  • Closes new accounts by answering telephone, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.
  • Complete special projects and administrative duties as requested
  • Support all other duties as required

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years Sales, Customer Service or Sales Coordinator experience in B2B sales
  • Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills for resolving complaints
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook 
  • Bilingual or Multilingual is a plus
