Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | St. Lucie, FL

SpeechCom, Inc. is hiring full-time Florida-licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year in St. Lucie Public Schools. This is a school-based SLP job in Florida, serving students from preschool through high school.

Position Highlights

• Job Type: Full-time, School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7.5 billable hours per day (up to 40 hours/week)
• School Year: August 2025 – June 2026
• Location: St. Lucie, FL (serving local public schools)
• Pay Rate: $48–$52/hour (W2, based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct speech therapy services in schools (Preschool–High School)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Track progress and adjust therapy goals as needed
• Maintain documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Florida SLP License (required)
• Clinical Fellows welcome (mentorship provided)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for working with school-aged children
